It's time for a new challenge at Craft Your Passion.
Craft Your Passion Challenge #205 - Go Green - Use green on your project and/or something recycled.
As you can see I used a lot of green on my card. I added the purple too, as I love the combo of green/purple. The only thing I kind of recycled was the bits and pieces of purple cardstock leftover from matting my image. I punched them with a circle punch and attached them to add some interest/texture to my card.
Isn't this image sooooo cute?? I just love it and can see it would make a great Baby card or almost any other occasion too.
I hope you'll pop over to the Craft Your Passion blog and play along this week for a chance to win a prize.

I can see how you loved this image Lynn ....it's so sweet and how lovely to have Mummy Bear and her daughter dressed alike. The green and purple colour combo is so pretty and very effective. I am particularly taken with the addition of the purple circles cut from your scraps ....as you say, they add both texture and interest.
ReplyDeleteI do so like the style you use for many of your creations Lynn. It's not CAS in the traditional sense but your work is always so uncluttered and the main focus is the image itself .....always beautifully coloured. You don't give yourself anywhere to hide any mistakes and chosen embellishments are so well considered and appealing. I do so enjoy your creations my oh so talented friend.
