Christmas Wishes...

I created this Christmas card for the latest challenge over at

Sponsored by Miss Daisy Stamps

I used the image Christmas Surprise which can be found HERE
in the Miss Daisy Stamps shop.

I loved this little image and was originally thinking about creating a Christmas Tag with it but decided to make a card instead so I could use some of my cute ribbon (purchased on sale at Michael's awhile back)  Check out the great patterns on this ribbon.  I couldn't use just one or two pieces, so decided to add several of the pieces to the side of the image.

I hope I've inspired you to play along with us at Holly Jolly this week.

Bloom where you're planted

I created this card for the latest challenge over at

Sponsored by All Dressed Up

I used the image  Little Flower Faiiry which can be found HERE in the All Dressed Up shop.

I coloured this with copics and added some lacy-ribbon and twine to dress it up a little.
I loved the background paper here and matched the image to it quite nicely even though I don't have a full collection of Copics.

I hope I've inspired you to play along with us at Craft Your Passion (CYP)  this week.

You TOAD-ally did it...

It's time for another Progressive FREEBIE FRIDAY post at Scrapper's Delight!!

I created this card for it, and it works perfectly for my son, who swtiched schools last December and it was a tough go for awhile.  I am very proud of him during this transition and wanted to mark the end of this school year in a special way.  Inside I'm writing a note and will have the "you TOAD-ally did it" somewhere in there too !!!

You can find out all the details on how to get this FREEBIE here.

I hope I've inspired you to play along with us at Scrapper's Delights.

A touch of class...

I created this card for the latest challenge at Aurora Wings Challenge Blog

I coloured this lovely image with copics and added some Wink of Stella glimmer to it.
I matted it in black and added a frame of sparkle cardstock, then placed it on a black card.
I hope this counts as "touch of class" as I think of black, white and some glam/glitter for this theme.

I embossed half of my folded card, and added some blue ribbon and a sentiment, and it was done.

Be Joyful

I created this card for the latest challenge over at

Sponsored by My Besties

I coloured this image with copics and used some Wink of Stella on the hat/fur
(it's hard to see in my photo).
I think this is such a cute image and had fun colouring it up.
The "Be Joyful" sentiment is from The Stamps of Life and I've added it to my creation as a tag.

I hope I've inspired you to play along with us at Holly Jolly this week.

Theme - Fancy Flourish
Sponsored by Lemon Shortbread

I coloured this image with copics and matched my colours to this paper
I received as a prize at a crop (fun to have some free stuff!!!)
I think it turned out pretty nice and I can see a lot of uses for this image.
I'm undecided on what sentiment to use on this card,
so I've left it blank (for now)
The flourishes are in the background paper!
