A glittery thank you card

Here's a glittery thank you card I created. It uses a wonderful image by Bugaboo.

It was pretty quick and simple to create...I coloured the image with copics, added some stickles, and voila...pretty much done !!

Confirmation Card for my nephew

Here's a confirmation card I made for my nephew's Confirmation tomorrow. I'm pleased with how it came out...clean and simple and classic. I used a sticker on white cardstock, matted it in blue, embossed the card base, popped the sticker/cardstock up with foam tape and tied ribbon around the card under the image. Here's a card I created for the Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps Krafty Krop - Challenge #5 - Boys will be boys. I love this image of a boy and his Best Bud. The greeting is from The Stamps of Life. I am also entering this in the Simon Says Challenge - Happy Mail and the MAWTT (Moving Along with the Times) Challenge - One for the Boys. I am also entering this in the Simply Challenged Challenges which was to use embossing folders on your creation.

Challenge - MAWTT Fantasy / Fairies

Here's a card I created for the weekly challenge at Moving Along with the Times Challenge blog. It's the TINK image from Kraftin' Kimmie and I just love her. She looks so cute in so many colours. I used stickles on the wings but it's hard to see in the photo. This card will also be sent along with my donations to Kards for Kids, Hosptial for Sick Children (Fairy Tale Challenges).

This is a Kraftin' Kimmie Image Gaia that I just love...partially 'cuz it's a woman holding up the world, and partially 'cuz it's got a John Lennon lyric with it from the very famous song IMAGINE. I've created this card for two challenges. MAWTT Challenge - Birds and Bees

Here's a quick little card I put together for the "Moving Along with the Times" Challenge blog. It was a challenge to use Birds and Bees on a card. The Bee image is from Meljen's Designs (digital). I like the pop of the yellow and black on this card. OOOPS...I'M TOO LATE TO ENTER THE CHALLENGE...IT CLOSED TODAY...BUT I LIKE THE CARD JUST THE SAME...LOL !!

Moving Along with the Times Challenge - Lovely Ladies

Here's a card I created for the Moving Along with the Times Challenge. The theme was "Lovely Ladies"...in other words use a lady or ladies as the focal point. I'm lucky to have been able to use the TINK stamps from Kraftin' Kimmie (I stamped this image awhile back when I was scrappin'/card-making with my pal Peggy T...it's her stamp...and I'm soooo jealous of her KKS collection...although I benefit 'cuz she allows me to use them too). I'm pleased with how this card came together...and it will go in the box for "Kards for Kids".

Kraftin' Kimmie Challenge #167 - Fussy Cutting

Here's a card I created on this snowy day in Southern Ontario...for Kraftin' Kimmie's Challenge #167 - Fussy Cutting...and it was fussy cutting...the hair was pretty hard...just sayin' !! I based this card loosely on the sketch I saw on "Moving Along With the Times" blog challenge...similar to the previous couple of cards I created today !! Special thanks to my pal Peggy T. for allowing me to stamp this lovely image using her stamps !!

Meljen's Designs Challenge #148 (and another for MAWTT Sketch Challenge)

Here's another card I created on this SNOWY day in Southern Ontario...I am submitting it in the Meljen's Designs weekly challenge which was to use one of their images, and also POLKA DOTS...I hope the giraffe and the embossed part of the card count as polka-dots !! I'm also submitting my 2nd submission in this weeks "Moving Along with the Times" Blog challenge which was based on a sketch...see my previous post...it's always interesting to me how a sketch can look soooo different on cards !!
