Here's a confirmation card I made for my nephew's Confirmation tomorrow. I'm pleased with how it came out...clean and simple and classic. I used a sticker on white cardstock, matted it in blue, embossed the card base, popped the sticker/cardstock up with foam tape and tied ribbon around the card under the image.
