Puppy Happy Birthday

Here's a cute little card I created for Kards for Kids, HSC. It uses a very cute puppy image from Stitchy Bear Designs. I'm entering it just in the knick of time for the Stichy Bear Challenge - Anything Goes with a Twist (using a Stitchy Bear Image) which ends in about 1 1/2 hours from this posting !
