Birdhouse for you

It's time for another challenge over at Come and Get it Challenges

I used the image "Birdhouse 1" from Limited Runs.

I coloured it with copics and made it the focal point of my card.  I have left the front blank so that I can use this card for any occassion.  I think it would be suitable for a Birthday, Thinking of You or Get well, don't you?  Anyhow I hope you like it and are inspired to play along this week at CAGI with us.

Easter Bunny Candles

I created these cute candles using the wonderful digi from Meljen's Easter Bunny.

I printed the image on white tissue paper, coloured it in with copics and then heat set each image onto the candle using my embossing tool.

They turned out so nicely and I will be giving one away for an Easter Gift.

I am sad to know this is the last challenge over a Meljen's and that the shop is closing.  I was introduced to digis here and haven't looked back.  I've played along with many challenges the last few years, and was even a GDT member at Meljen's.  I will always have fond memories!!  Wishing Melissa and her wonderful DT all the best in the future.

I'm entering this into the following challenge(s):
1. Meljen's #253 - Easter

March Mid-Month Inspiration from Fitztown

It's time for some mid-month Inspiration for the latest challenge at Fitztown.
As always the challenge is Anything Goes with a twist.  This month the twist is use GREEN.
I used Fish2 for this card
I decided to colour my image green, and use some green parchment cardstock for the background. This makes a great card for a man or boy and I loved addind the netting to the card to give it a cool texture and effect.

I hope you like what I've created and will play along this week with us at Fitztown.

Coffee...

Who doesn't love coffee??  Well I know when I was younger I didn't like coffee...loved the smell but not the taste, but now I can't start my day without a cup or two (or three - shhhh) of java.

I used this super cute digi called Frame-it - Stella - DRINK COFFEE from Bugaboo for the latest challenge over at Craft Your Passion.

Sponsored by Bugaboo Stamps

I coloured it with copics and kept it CAS adding only a few brown enamel dots (which I made myself by melting down some Perler Beads from my son...shhhhh don't tell him)

I hope you like it and are inspired to pop over to CYP to play along, and remember the theme is Anything Goes, so there's no excuse not to play along.
