A little touch of Vegas...

I created this cute card for the latest challenge at CAGI
Use Stash item
Sponsored by QKR Stampede

I used some very old cardstock
(the green marbled piece on the right of the image)
and also some twine I've had for a few years.
The image is Vegas Turtle Digi from QKR Stampede which can be found here.

Here's a peek at the inside
(CAS, but with a little bit of the cardstock I used on the front of the card.
I'm always impressed when I see the inside of the cards decorated too,
although as I say, this is pretty CAS, it looks nice just the same.

I hope I've inspired you to play along at CAGI this week for our
Who doesn't have a big stash of crafty items to use for a challenge, right?

A sweet little treat...

I created this cute little card from a lovely Aurora Wings image called Ice Cream Sundae Sprite which can be found here.

Don't you just love it?

I coloured it with copics and kept my card CAS (Clean and Simple).

Here's a peek at the inside of the card...

Suitable for any greeting!  I'm not sure who the lucky recipient will be,
or what the occasion will be but I'm certain
this card will brighten someone's day.

I hope you like it.

Challenge #86
More than one fold

Front view
 Fold view
 Inside view

You can find the image  SNOW WHITE from Saturated Canary here.

You're BEARY special

I created this card for the latest challenge over at Morgan's Artworld.

I typed my own sentiment for this card and think that's it's beary-cute...don't you?
Okay enough of the puns.

This cute image is so sweet and I thought it would be perfect the theme this challenge
For the Kids

What kid doesn't love cute teddy bears, right?

I coloured it with copics and added some sheer ribbon for a bow and we little wooden flower to the sentiment.

I hope you like what I've created and are inspired to play along with us this week.  You can use any image, but for a chance at a GDT spot, you must use a Morgan Fitzsimmons image.

Here's the link to the challenge so you can check it out and play along.

Colour for Clearwater

I recently made a donation to a fundraiser "Colour for Clearwater" and because of my donation I received a couple of lovely digis.  I was happy to support this worthy cause, and even happier to receive this lovely image by Mitzi Sato-Wiuff called STARFISH MERMAID.

Here's a peek at the flower I crocheted.

I coloured the image with copics and worked very hard on her hair (my colouring buddies will understand this).  I'm please with how she turned out.

I used some lovely wooden accents I received recently from my dear friend Marion.
I chalked around the image with blue/green, but it's hard t get it to show in the photo.

I hope you like what I created and will pop over and check out the fundraiser here.

Used crocheted flower and pearls from my stash

I added a handmade (by me) crocheted flower - have never added my crocheting to a card

It's your birthday...game on

I created this card for my son's 9th birthday, coming up this October.

I used the image Gamer boy by Flat Friends Boutique

It's for the latest challenge over at Lil Patch of Crafty Friends

I coloured the image with copics and added a hand-drawn border around the image.

The sentiment stamp I added is from The Stamps of Life (acrylic stamps)
It's the perfect image for my son, as he loves to play games on the XBox One (and other systems)

I hope I've inspired you to play along with us this week at Lil Patch of Crafty Friends Challenge.
