Winter Birthday Card

Here's a birthday card I created using a lovely Sassy Cheryl digital image. I think it's perfect for a Winter Birthday!!
I'm pretty sure Sassy Cheryl herself will love this card, 'cuz I just know she loves Polka Dots (like I do).
