Happy Birthday (cupcake) card

I created this card based on the sketch from this week's My Favorite Things Wednesday Stamp Club (MFTWSC151) challenge I'm sending it in with my Kards for Kids, HSC cards.
It uses an image from Alipeeps of Stitchy Bear Designs

    What a lovely card you've created! The color palette you chose is so refreshing and I really like the way you mixed polka dots with the stripes on the cupcake liner. The cute little flower on top pulls everything together beautifully! Great way to interpret the sketch you referenced.
