It's a Wonderful Wednesday...

at Kratin' Kimmie Stamps...and here's my creation as Krafty Guest this month

I love the stamp for obvious reasons !!  

I'm Canadian (eh?) and worked for many years in Toronto 

(the CN Tower is in the background here)

I had fun crating this card and added a few square gems to give it some bling.  My new bow-maker was helpful in making a double looped bow !!

Happy Birthday Bears and a new challenge at Craft Your Passion

It's time for a new challenge at Craft Your Passion.

Craft Your Passion Challenge #205 - Go Green - Use green on your project and/or something recycled.

As you can see I used a lot of green on my card. I added the purple too, as I love the combo of green/purple. The only thing I kind of recycled was the bits and pieces of purple cardstock leftover from matting my image. I punched them with a circle punch and attached them to add some interest/texture to my card.

Isn't this image sooooo cute?? I just love it and can see it would make a great Baby card or almost any other occasion too.

Puppy Happy Birthday

Here's a cute little card I created for Kards for Kids, HSC. It uses a very cute puppy image from Stitchy Bear Designs. I'm entering it just in the knick of time for the Stichy Bear Challenge - Anything Goes with a Twist (using a Stitchy Bear Image) which ends in about 1 1/2 hours from this posting !

Here's a cute card I created using a wonderful Meljen's Designs image. It's Melissa's birthday at Meljen's and the challenge was to use pink (her favourite colour) and I used the bee image because Melissa means "Honey bee". Challenge #165 - Pretty in Pink

Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps Challenge #178 - Let's Get Sentimental

Here's a card I created using that oh-so-cute Kraftin' Kimmie Fairy. The challenge this week was to use a KKS image and a sentiment. The Birthday Trinket I used is so cute and almost becomes an embellishment !! I'm keeping my fingers crossed so that I might win the challenge this week being as I'm posting so early...I know it's a random draw, but I'm hoping posting early on may change my luck !! I'm also entering this in the Brown Sugar Challenge #41 - Angels and Fairies !

His and Her's Card Class - Day 1 Homework

Here's two cards I created based on the first lesson in the online card class "His and Hers". I'm pleased with how these turned out. I made "Thinking of You" to follow along with the theme of the class and then I made "Happy Birthday" cards using the exact same design/products in both masculine and feminine versions.
