Bugaboo 5th Birthday - Animal Crackers (Friday)

Well the last challenge of the big 5th Birthday celebration at Bugaboo
is a Recipe Challenge - Carnival treats.

We had to pick a treat and follow the recipe for that treat.

I chose Animal Crackers and that meant I had to have an animal
on my card and also some Stickles glitter.

The image I used is one part of the Teddy Bear Block Trio
and can be found here.

I hope you've enjoyed popping over each day this week and seeing what I created for this fun

Bugaboo 5th Birthday - Colour Challenge (Tuesday)

Here's another card I created for the latest challenge over at
Bugaboo for their 5th Birthday celebration going on this week.

I used this cute image Birthday Clown 3 which can be found here.

I struggled a little with the colours, but I think I pulled it off in the end.

I hope you'll pop over to Bugaboo and play along this week too.

Bugaboo 5th Birthday - Send in the Clowns (Thursday)

I'm still playing along with the Bugaboo 5th Birthday celebration.

Thursday's challenge is "Send in the Clowns" and I used this cute image Clown Around - Rings which can be found here.

I coloured this with copics and added a birthday banner to the card.
Pretty CAS but a cute card for a child.

I hope you're enjoying my posts and maybe even inspired to play along at Bugaboo with me.

Happy Birthday (Bling it Up) - Catch the Bug/Bugaboo 4th Birthday Celebration

This is the card I created for another challenge this week at Catch the Bug, to celebrate their 4th Birthday:

I used some glitter paper to mat the image and coloured it with copics. I added stickles/glitter to the balloon, her hair bow, the icing on the cake and a few of the stars. I'm pleased with how this turned out.

Happy Birthday (Red, White and blue colour scheme)

Here's a cute card I created using a brand-spanking-new Sassy Cheryl Digital Image...aren't these two kids just sooooo darn cute ?? !! There's little tiny lady bugs in the boat the little girl is towing behind her boat, and even one on the little girls and guys hat in the boat !! Ohhhh soooo cute...thanks Cheryl for another great image !! I'm entering this in two challenges: 1. Sassy Cheryl's Challenge #173 - Red, White and Blue

Kards for Kids - Mystical Challenge #4 - Wizard of Oz

Here's a card I created for Kards for Kids Fairy Tale Challenge using a Wizard of Oz image I got from the internet from a colouring website. I love the bright blue !!

Kards for Kids - Mystical Challenge #3 - Red Riding Hood

I created this cute little birthday card for a Kards for Kids Fairy Tale Challenge. The image was taken off a colouring website (I thought I had it written down, but can't find it now!); and resized to fit on a card nicely.

Challenge - MFTWSC118

Here's a card I created for the MFTWSC118 challenge (based on the sketch you see in the photo). I'm also going to be submitting it for the Kards for Kids Mystical Challenges (Challenge #1 - Blue Fairy). Because I'm submitting it for Kards for Kids it can't have anything that is a choking hazard, like brads or buttons; but I created little dots with my hole punch and added a wee bit of stickles to make them blingy.

Kraftin' Kimmie Challenge #162

Here's a card I created for the KKS Challenge #162. The challenge was to use 3 embellishments; I thought it was going to be pretty easy, however, I had some trouble with it...but I'm happy with what I came up with...I sure hope glitter counts!! My 3 embellishments are Glitter (on the water from the hose), twine and a button (and a trinket may count too!) I made several of these Fireman Birthday cards for Kards for Kids too (minus the embellishments). The flip card base is from The Stamps of Life (from my pal Peggy T.); the base of the card is embossed with a brick embossing folder (also courtesy of my pal Peggy T.)
