A furry friend...and some exciting news

I created this card for the latest challenge over at Aurora Wings!

If you pop by my blog on occasion, you know I love Aurora Wings images

and often play along with the challenges.

This time, I'm exicted to share that I am a Guest Designer for

Challenge #54 - Furry Friends

at

Aurora Wings

Eeeek...can you hear me squealing??

Of course it was a no-brainer which image I would use for this challenge.

I used the image The Little Penguin which can be found HERE in the Aurora Wings shop.

I coloured this with copics using my C1, C3, C5, C7 for the fur

and R46 for the Santa hat and stripe in the candy cane.

I used YG67 for the bow.

I embossed some red cardstock with little stars/snowflakes to give some texture to my card.

I hope you like it and are inspired to play along at Aurora Wings this time around.

The sentiment is A Hundred Hearts which can be found HERE in the Shop

I coloured with copics and added some prickly texture to the hedgehog.

Kaisercraft 6 1/2" Paper Pad - P.S. I Love You

(this paper pad has papers as well as embellishments & sentiments)

Pearls which I coloured with my copic to tone in 

with my colours on this card.

I'm a Guest Designer at One Crazy Stamper this month!!

I'm so excited to announce that I'm a Guest Designer at One Crazy Stamper for the month of January.

The challenge this month is Live, Love, Laugh, all the details are HERE.

Here's what I created using this lovely new stamp!  Aren't these turtles just the cutest??!!!

I coloured this image with copics and added some clouds with my chalks.

Copics used

G12, G21 (turtle bodies)

R91, RV95 (bow)

G67 (grass)

I used twine from my stash and also a doily.

The papers are all hand stitched after 

I used my stitched rectangle die set to punch out all the holes!

I used paers from the P.S. I love you Paper pad by Kaiser Craft

A little Christmas Cheer

I created this card as Guest Designer for Crafting by Designs.

I used the image GARLAND Sprite by Aurora Wings.

Don't you just love this image? 

I sure had fun colouring it up and am really pleased with how it turned out

My card is my usual CAS style, and an image this lovely really doesn't need much else.
