I used the image Acorn Mouse which can be found HERE in the Digital Delights shop.

I coloured this image with copic and used some patterned paper from my stash to create the zig-zag border.  I added some regular twine/string to my card and stamped a sentiment from my stash of rubber stamps and my card was complete.
