KKS World Card Making Day - Challenge #1 - Blingy

Here's a card I created last weekend for the Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps World Card Making Day Challenge #1 - Make it Blingy I added glitter to the dress (and had a terrible glitter spill on my table) and also added the little blue rhinestones.
