Have a WHEELY great birthday...

I created this masculine birthday card for the latest challenge over at

Here's a peek / closer look at the sentiment and the embossed background

Theme - For the Boys

I used the image Barry Big Wheel which can be found HERE in the Dr. Digi shop.

I love this image.  It sure takes me back to my childhood.
I thought it would make a great birthday card.
The sentiment is from The Stamps of Life!  It's just perfect for this image.

I hope I've inspired you to play along with us at
Creative Knockouts Challenge this week.

Kick it up a notch...

I created this tab for my Happy Planner for the latest challenge over at

Theme  - Mighty Men in May
Sponsored by Kenny K.

I used the image Martial Arts Boy - Colour Image
which can be found HERE in the Kenny K shop.

This is a dashboard/tab in my planner which is reminding me to keep working at my exercise and healthy habits this month, and to "Kick it up a notch"...meaning work a bit harder as summer is on theway!!

I printed this image and diecut it in a circle, added a mat (which I coloured with grey copic marker to tone in with the trim on his outfit) and used another circle diet to cut the shaped black background.
I typed the words in my computer and added boxes around them and then printed and individually cut them out and placed them on my creation.

Please do not disturb

I created this door hanger for my son's room

What boy doesn't want a Do Not Disturb door hanger, right?

It's for the latest challenge at Aurora Wings Challenge Blog
Here's a peek of what it looks like (not hanging on a door knob)

I just bought this image "Mischievous Little Lotus Sprite" today!
You can find it HERE in the Aurora Wings ETSY shop.

I coloured this with soft yellow/orange/brown tones
I wanted to do some pen-stitching around the edge of it, but son said he liked it plain.
I chalked a cloud-like background (which is hard to see in the photo)

I'm sure this door hanger will get lots of use by my son.

I hope you like what I've created.

I'm entering this door hanger in the following challenges:
