A "floating" Hello...

I created this cardfor the latest challenge over at
Lil' Patch of Crafty Friends.

Here's a peek of how I attached the stained glass flower

I then added a second coloured stained glass flower to the back of the one above
so there are two sides to my floating card!

This is how it looks from a side-view...

Challenge #66
Theme - Always Anything Goes
Sponsored by
Fred She Said

I used the image Stained Glass Floral Doodle -dallion 1
which can be found HERE in the Fred She Said Designs Shop

I coloured this image with pencil crayons (two of the same image, same size)
I fussy cut the image out and then got my card base out to diecut a centre hole (making sure to have enough space for the floating stained glass flower)
I then cut a piece of cardstock slightly smaller than the front of the card, and diecut the cirecle again.
This piece became the inside cover (so as not to allow the threads to show)

I hope I've inspired you to play along with us at Lil' Patch of Crafty Friends this week.

Thanks so much...

I created this thank you card for the latest challenge over at

Sponsored by Fred She Said

I used the image Gerbera Daisy in Jar which can be found HERE
in the Fred She Said shop.

I coloured this card with my blendable pencil crayons.
It was fun to colour with them instead of COPICS for a change.
I added some stickles to the bottle to make it shine a bit.

I hope I've inspired you to play along with us at Lil' Patch of Crafty Friends this week.

Snow Much Fun

It's time for a new challenge at Come and Get it Challenges.

This week Challenge #50 is SNOW MUCH FUN and I was able to play along with this lovely image Emma and the Chickadee from Fred She Said.

I had a lot of fun colouring this image with copics.  I added a little stickles to the fur on the coat to give a bit of bling.
I kept the card CAS, and added a greeting from Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps.

Copic Colours Used
Skin - E000, E00, E04, E011, E21, R20
Coat - B02, W1
Skirt and Scarf - R24, R29

I hope you like what you see and are inspired
to play along at CAGI this week
