Pearls and lace

It's Monday and that means it's time for a new challenge at Craft Your Passion !!

Happy Victoria Day to my Canadian friends and followers !!
I hope you're taking time for something fun today.

Challenge #214 - Pearls and Lace

I used this really cute image LITTLE BUNNERINA from Aurora Wings which can be found here
and turned this card into a "Way to Go" card

I created the lace flower by using a piece of floral wire and adding a pearl.
I coloured with copics and am quite pleased with the shading I got on the skirt.
I've been taking the Kit and Clowder Skin and Hair Class and can really see a change in the way I colour and how I'm achieveing shading.

I hope you'll hop over to the Craft Your Passion blog and play along with us for a chance to win a prize !!

  1. Awww so pretty Lynn and your hand made lace flower is just perfect for a sweet ballerina ... It puts two thoughts in my mind, the delicacy of a ballerina's tutu that you've highlighted with your new found shading skills so beautifully and effectively, and the flowers thrown on stage in recognition of a beautiful performance. I need to send you a full bouquet in appreciation of the beauty of this card. Love Ingrid xxx ♥ ♥ ♥

  2. Lynn, this card is so pretty. I love your lacy flower with the pretty ribbon tucked behind. The bunnerina is adorable and her tutu looks amazing.

    1. Thanks Bonnie...I love this image and will be crafting a few more cards with it for sure !!

Thank you for taking the time to comment on my blog. I truly appreciate it.
Sending big cyber hugs to you,
