It's time for another FREEBIE FRIDAY over at Catch the Bug / Bugaboo.
Here's what I created with this great FREEBIE
I coloured this image with Copics and chalked the background to look like water.
I used some sequins from my stash and popped the seahorse and frame around it up with pop dots to give the feel/illusion of a shaker box.
My photo makes the acetate look like it's not smooth/flat but it's just the light reflecting on it.
I hope you like what I've created.
