Make a Splash !!

Here's a cute card I created using a wonderful Sassy Cheryl Digital Image. I just love this little image which is very Dr-Seuss-ish !! I'm entering it in the following challenges: 1. Sassy Cheryl's Challenge #181 - Make a Splash (see the fishing popping out of the cup)

    Fun, fun, fun! I love this image and believe it or not, I don't own it. I keep meaning to get it, but.....
